This painting illustrates the power of love being able to control and restrain, preventing tradegy and death. especially to vulnerable widows and orphans. The waterfall represents the raging flood of emotions which can overpower the gun. The strong primary colours emphasise the power of emotion. The strong vertical lines emphasise the adrenalin we experience when we are in danger or in shock.

Widows and Orphans would be an easy target for street gangs.
